Proof of every litre, tonne and barrel.
Alchemy measures commodities where they are stored and while they move, and keeps one independent record that operators, lenders and insurers can all check.
The portal, running live.
Pick a product. Each view is the real Alchemy Portal on a demonstration site: drag, zoom and open alarms as you would on your own.
Crudelock watches a crude tank battery in 3D. Every person and vehicle on site is tracked, every tank level is read, and alarms show where and when someone entered a zone. Drag to orbit, or open any alarm to replay it.

Every tanker traced, loading to discharge.
Every compartment level and every hatch is reported along the route, so the volume delivered is checked against the volume loaded.
- Live position, routes and geofenced terminals and depots
- Compartment levels and hatch state on every trailer
- Loads and deliveries detected and reconciled automatically

Stockpiles measured every day.
Each bay is scanned in 3D on a schedule and turned into volume and tonnage, so stock is known daily rather than at month end.
- 3D scans of every pile, day and night
- Volume and tonnage from your material densities
- Daily movement in and out, and unexplained change flagged

Crude storage, watched around the clock.
Tank levels and site security in one system: you know how much crude is in every tank, and who has been near it.
- Continuous level and volume on every tank
- People and vehicles tracked across the site in 3D
- Alarm zones around tank tops, hatches, valves and the load-out
One set of numbers for everyone who answers for the stock.
The people running a site and the people financing or insuring it see the same timestamped record, at the same time.
Operators and transporters
Stop theft from tanks and trucks, prove volumes at every handover, and settle delivery disputes with a record both sides accept.
Lenders and collateral managers
See the stock behind the loan every day, not only on inspection day, with alerts when it moves outside the plan.
Insurers
Levels, movements and site activity recorded before and after an event, so a claim can be checked against what actually happened.
Stock is capital. Measure it like capital.
We design and supply every link in the chain, so one team answers for the whole system, from the sensor on the tank to the report on your desk.
Built for the field
Measurement hardware designed for heat, dust and direct sun.
Worked out on site
Volumes and events are calculated on site, and nothing is lost if the link drops.
Always connected
Data reaches the portal from remote sites, without relying on local power or networks.
Evidence, not estimates
Alchemy Portal turns readings into alerts, reconciliations and reports with a full audit trail.
What is unexplained loss costing you?
Enter your own volumes and prices. A small percentage of loss adds up quickly over a year.
The starting figures are examples. Replace them with your own; this is an estimate for discussion, not a guarantee of savings.
Built for sites with no grid and no fibre.
Most monitoring assumes power and connectivity on site. Ours is engineered for oil fields, depots, yards and transport corridors that have neither.
Self-powered
Designed for continuous operation at sites with no grid supply.
Always reachable
Resilient communications that keep remote sites reporting.
Store and forward
Readings are kept on site through outages and sent when the link returns.
Field-built
Designed in-house for harsh sites; every system is tested before it ships.
See it running on a site like yours.

info@alchemy-inc.comBook a live demo →Tankertrace. What leaves the depot arrives.
Every tanker traced from loading to discharge. Tankertrace follows the route, reports every compartment and every hatch, and checks the volume delivered against the volume loaded.
A demonstration fleet of ten tankers.
The fleet overview: every tanker on the map, its phase and fill level, and every terminal and depot it entered or left. Click a tanker to see its compartments and hatches.
Built for loss prevention.
What leaves the depot is what arrives. Six capabilities make sure of it.
Live tracking
Position, speed and route for every tanker, with geofences around depots, borders and customers.
Hatch and valve monitoring
Every opening of a manhole hatch or discharge valve is reported with time and place.
Volume verification
Loaded volume compared with delivered volume, point to point, for every compartment.
Stop alerts
Unplanned stops, route deviations and out-of-hours movement raise alerts as they happen.
Trip records
Route, stops, hatch states and volumes for every trip, ready to share with the customer.
Fleet reporting
Loss trends by route, driver and customer, so you can see where problems repeat.
Every hatch opened, every litre accounted for.
Every hatch and valve opening is recorded with the time, the place and the compartment level before and after, so a loss is traced to the moment it happened.
Reports that settle disputes.
Every report comes from the same timestamped record, so operations, customers and finance see the same facts.
Good to know.
What is installed on the tanker?
A compact, rugged monitoring kit that covers position, hatches, valves and compartment levels. Installation avoids modifying the tank shell.
What happens when there is no mobile signal?
The unit keeps recording and sends everything as soon as it can, so the record has no gaps.
How are loaded and delivered volumes measured?
From continuous compartment level readings, alongside your existing loading meters where available. We specify the setup for your depots in the site assessment.
Can our customers see the trip record?
Yes. Trip records can be shared, and read-only portal access can be given to customers, lenders, insurers or inspectors.
Stocksight. Measured, not estimated.
Know your stock without waiting for the survey. Every pile is scanned in 3D on a schedule and turned into volume and tonnage you can reconcile every day.
A two-bay iron ore yard.
From scan to volume in three steps: the raw scan, the surface built from it, and the volume of every tile.
From photograph to 3D scan.
Drag across the yard. On one side, the stockpiles as a camera sees them; on the other, the same piles as a 3D scan coloured by height. The scan becomes a surface, and the surface becomes a volume.
Camera3D scan
Illustration based on a photograph of an iron ore yard.
Daily stock you can stand behind.
For open yards, sheds and bunkers, and for loads on trucks, wagons and barges.
Scheduled 3D scans
Fixed scanners capture the whole surface of each pile as often as you choose, day and night.
Volume and tonnage
Every scan becomes a volume, converted to tonnes with your material densities.
Full coverage
Each pile is measured from more than one angle, so the far side is measured, not guessed.
Change detection
An unexpected drop between scans raises an alert before it becomes a write-off.
Daily movement
What came in and what went out each day, alongside weighbridge tickets and dispatch records.
3D view in the browser
Inspect the pile, compare scans and see exactly where material moved.
One scan, one number you can sign.
Each scan is turned into a surface, then into volume and tonnes, with the change since the last scan flagged automatically.
Figures your finance team can sign.
Built for operations, auditors and collateral managers alike.
Good to know.
How accurate is it?
That depends on the site, the shape of the pile and the material. We model coverage for your site and state the expected accuracy before installation.
Does it work in dust and at night?
Yes. Scanning does not need daylight, and the equipment is designed for dusty, hot sites.
Do we still need surveys?
Many sites survey less often once they have daily measured data. Others keep periodic surveys as an independent check, and Stocksight records support both.
Can it measure covered stockpiles?
Yes. Equipment can be installed inside sheds and warehouses as well as over open yards.
Crudelock. Every barrel accounted for.
Crude storage watched around the clock. Crudelock combines continuous tank levels with 3D site security, so you know how much crude is in every tank and who has been near it.
A crude tank battery, live in 3D.
The whole battery in 3D, every tracked person and vehicle, and the alarm zones they entered. Open an alarm to replay it.
Level and security, side by side.
For tank batteries, flow stations and terminals, including sites without grid power.
Continuous tank levels
Continuous, non-contact level on every tank, converted to volume with your tank tables.
Site coverage
The fence line, tank tops and load-out are covered day and night, in any light.
People and vehicles
Every object is tracked and classified, with trails showing where it went on site.
Hatch and valve zones
Alarm zones around hatches, valves and the load-out, the places where crude goes missing.
Armed and scheduled modes
Arm the site, run on a schedule, or switch off for planned operations and maintenance.
Linked evidence
Every alarm is stored with the tank levels before and after, so you can show what happened.
Every tank read, every approach seen.
Every tank is read continuously while the tank tops, valves and load-out are watched, so a level change and the activity behind it sit in the same record.
Know what is in the tank, and who has been near it.
For field operations, security teams, finance and the partners who rely on your volumes.
Good to know.
Is the equipment suitable for hazardous areas?
Equipment on and near tanks is specified for the hazardous-area classification of your site. We confirm the requirements during the site assessment.
Does it record faces?
No. The system captures shape and movement, not images of people, so it detects and tracks without identifying anyone.
Can it run without grid power?
Yes. Crudelock sites can run fully self-powered, with their own connectivity.
Can it work with our existing gauges and meters?
Yes. Existing gauges and meters can be connected alongside our system.
Every site, tanker and stockpile, on one screen.
The portal brings Tankertrace, Stocksight and Crudelock together. Operations act on alerts, finance reconciles stock, and lenders and insurers get read-only access to the same record.
At head office, at the depot and on site.
The same record on a desk, a tablet and a phone. Alerts reach the right person wherever they are, and every screen shows the same numbers.

One record, shown the way each team needs it.
Every reading, event and user action is timestamped and kept. Access is set per role and per site.

Inspections show a moment. Alchemy records every moment in between: continuous, timestamped data on the commodities you finance or insure, in an audit trail no single party can quietly change.
See the stock behind the loan.
Commodities financed in remote tanks, yards and trucks are hard to inspect. Visits are infrequent, and access can be blocked by weather, distance or local operators. Alchemy gives you daily visibility of the collateral itself.
- Daily stock statements for financed inventory
- Alerts when collateral moves without authorisation
- Chain of custody for every load in transit
- Read-only portal access for your team
Evidence before the claim.
Losses in storage and transit are hard to verify after the fact. Alchemy records levels, movements and site activity continuously, so a claim can be checked against what actually happened.
- Timestamped levels before and after an event
- Site activity linked to every alarm
- Trip records with hatch states and stops
- Loss history to support underwriting
A partner to inspection, not a replacement.
Alchemy data complements physical inspections and collateral management agreements. Inspectors keep their role and gain continuous data between visits.
Agree the scope
Which tanks, piles or routes are financed or insured, and who needs access.
Install and verify
Equipment installed and calibrated, with an opening stock position agreed by all parties.
Monitor continuously
Daily statements, live alerts and shared access through Alchemy Portal.
Act on evidence
Release, margin, investigate or settle based on a record everyone can see.
Built for the yard, not the lab.
Every Alchemy system is designed as a whole, from measurement on site to the report on your desk, and built and tested by one team for sites with no grid, no fibre and no one on hand.
Every link, designed together.
We do not hand you parts from different suppliers. One team designs, builds and supports the whole chain.
Levels, volumes and movement
Tank levels, stockpile volumes, site activity and tanker position, measured continuously. Existing meters can be connected too.
Processing on site
Volumes, events and alarms are worked out locally and kept through any outage.
Self-powered
Sized for continuous operation at sites with no grid supply.
Always reachable
Resilient communications that keep remote sites reporting.
Designed in-house
Field equipment built for heat, dust and remote installation.
Alchemy Portal
Live views, alerts, reconciliations and reports, with exports to your own systems.
A record you can trust.
Monitoring is only useful if the data cannot be quietly changed. Readings are timestamped at the source, sent securely and kept in an audit trail, with access controlled by role.
Tested before it ships.
Every system is assembled and tested before shipment, then installed, calibrated and commissioned on site. Remote support continues after go-live.
Instrumentation for the commodity world.
Alchemy Inc. designs, builds and deploys monitoring systems for fuel, crude oil and bulk commodities. The team combines instrumentation and IoT engineering with hands-on experience of commodity trading and logistics, so we understand both the measurement on site and the contract behind the cargo.
Oil fields, depots, terminals, mines, ports and transport corridors across Africa, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas.
